We work with petroleum and mining organisations in Africa and Asia. Clients include petroleum refineries, petroleum pipelines and storage companies , metals mining and refining companies.

Renewable energy

We develop opportunities with municipalities to harness the potential for localised, rooftop solar electricity generation as well grids for utility scale, ground based solar power generating facilities on a investor-operator model.

Government supported infrastructure

We develop infrastructure projects in collaboration with Governments or their designated executing agencies where the underlying assets generate cash flows. For example we have in developed affordable housing for government employees, toll roads, bio-fuels+combined cycle power plants etc.

We are multi-tiered organisation with a global presence

We are a organised into General Partners based in London and Hong Kong responsible for structuring and executing all transactions and projects.

We work either directly with SOEs, large industrial organisations or through our network of Limited Partners who are tasked with business development and support activities for a given territory or sector.

An integrated approach

Our clients typically face challenges to their growth and modernisation requirements on a number of fronts including access to technical and financial resources.

Our expertise and experience allows us to concurrently integrate engineering, procurement, construction and financing specialities to enable infrastructure projects which would otherwise remain undeveloped

How we select our projects

We, at the General Partner level, employ a research led approach to identify territories, sectors, and market participants and potential projects which possess characteristics which we believe we can position resources to drive growth and development.

Often these projects occupy the intersection of sectors: with historic under-investment; high and growing or stable demand, stakeholders with leading and defensible market positions.
Shortlisted projects are followed up by proposals to potential or existing clients directly from us or through our network of Limited Partners in the prospective territory.

Unfortunately, due to the level of work required and complexity of developing projects to an investable and deliverable level, we are unable to consider unsolicited proposals.
